Ingage Consulting is the foremost provider of specialized management consulting services for leaders of franchises, cooperatives, buying groups and dealer networks. Drawing directly from his leadership experience at a number of business cooperatives and group organizations, Founder and Principal Evan Hackel works to make his client organizations more successful from the inside out by bolstering organizational engagement, empowerment and collaboration.

As our name suggests, Ingage Consulting engages cooperative and group organizations internally beginning with senior management to very quickly understand unique business models, cultural norms, practices, strategic plan and bylaws.
Principal Evan Hackel also employs his expertise in helping management improve their working relationships with Board members, to more effectively lead their groups and respective members to success. From there he works with members to understand common goals. Using these mutual goals, he brings internal constituencies together to effect greater empowerment, productivity and success among the group and individuals. Recognizing that each client is unique, Mr. Hackel customizes his approach to model success for each organization.As the need arises, Ingage Consulting works in concert with complementary service providers across a variety of functions to create focus, loyalty and engagement to lead cooperatives and groups to greater success.

Throughout his 30-year career, Evan Hackel founded several thriving new ventures, restored ailing companies in highly competitive markets to profitability, and productively led a $5 Billion business group with over 1,900 locations worldwide. Evan is a proven leader of successful enterprises, helping to create, develop, and manage franchises, cooperatives, buying groups, and dealer networks.
Brian Metcalf, Vice President
Brian Metcalf has worked with (or in) the service, retail and financial services sector for more than two decades, and with cooperative members and franchisees for more than one decade. Most recently, Brian managed the corporate university for an $10 billion cooperative/franchise group where he led teams of instructors, instructional designers and e-learning developers.
Mike Vanderslice, Management Consultant
Mike Vanderslice is a seasoned business executive with over 20 years of experience in operations, franchise relations, sales, marketing and finance within franchise and other service organizations. As the Vice President of Operations at ToFixIt!, he was responsible for delivering procedures and systems for the company’s national growth plans.
Sonciary Honnoll, VP of Marketing
Sonciary Honnoll has more than 5 years of experience in marketing and branding. As the Director of Marketing at BizUnite, she was responsible for developing and executing lifecycle marketing initiatives to increase membership. In fact, within the first years, BizUnite grew to more than 35 membership organizations including associations, cooperatives, franchises, and manufacturers; with a combined 19,000+ affiliated businesses.
