What is a Business Offering Assessment?
A Business Offering Assessment is a comprehensive, objective review of all of your current offerings and identification of new opportunities. Ingage Consulting will work with cooperative leaders to:
- Review all current programs/services and offer suggestions for improvement
- Develop ideas for new program offerings designed to provide better services for members and profitability for the co-op
- Provide ideas for new revenue potential or cost management
Ten Times Cost Guarantee. We pledge that we will make suggestions that will, if properly implemented, provide 10 times the net profit guarantee over a three-year period. If this standard is not met, we will lower our fee to make that target.
